Residential Renovation and Remodeling

I work on renovations, additions, and remodels of existing homes. The process starts with understanding the building, the site, and the owners’ practical needs, then developing a clear spatial and architectural response to those conditions.

Depending on the project, the work may include a Revit model of the existing house, a new layout and building form, coordination of changes, and documentation for approval and construction.
