ALEKSEENKO RESIDENCE — Residential Remodel (Kenmore, WA)

Working documentation package for a building permit application for the ALEKSEENKO RESIDENCE remodel in Kenmore, WA. The work focuses on updating an existing single-story house, reorganizing part of the interior layout, and preparing a coordinated drawing set for approval. The package includes architectural plans, exterior elevations, area information, site data, code information, and scope of work. The visualizations present the renewed appearance of the house with a contemporary facade treatment, updated entry zone, garage, deck, and landscape layout. Project contribution: 3D modeling (Revit), visualization, working documentation. The project was developed for CROQUIS ARCHITECTURE PLLC.
