Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
This policy explains how personal data and technical information are handled when you use archkirs.site or contact ARCHKIRS through the website.
Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is IAN KIRS PR BANJA KOVILJAČA, Serbia. Registration number: 68433266. PIB: 115550070. Contact: contact@archkirs.site.
What information is processed
When you use the contact form, the site processes the name, email address, optional subject, and message that you provide.
For security and abuse prevention, the site may process technical request information such as an IP address. Rate-limiting identifiers are hashed before being stored in the site database.
Project reaction buttons use a random browser identifier, project-specific functional cookies, and local storage to prevent duplicate reactions and remember the state in the browser.
Why the information is processed
Contact data is used to read and respond to enquiries and, where relevant, to take steps requested before entering into a contract. Technical data is used to secure the site, limit abuse, operate project reactions, and understand aggregate website use. Depending on the context, processing is based on steps taken at your request before a contract and/or legitimate interests in communication, security, and operation of the website.
Service providers
The site uses a limited number of providers that may process information on behalf of ARCHKIRS:
- Vercel — hosting and Web Analytics. Vercel Web Analytics is used without Google Analytics and does not rely on analytics cookies for visitor measurement.
- Resend — delivery of messages submitted through the contact form to the ARCHKIRS business email.
- Supabase — storage and server-side functions used for project reactions and abuse-prevention rate limiting.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies. Functional cookies and local storage are used by the project reaction feature to prevent duplicate voting and remember the reaction state. These are used for the requested site function rather than advertising or cross-site profiling.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the related business communication, and meet applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. Technical rate-limit data is kept according to short security windows. Project reaction identifiers may remain for the functional period configured by the site.
International processing
Because the website uses international infrastructure providers, information may be processed outside Serbia and, depending on the provider, outside the EEA. ARCHKIRS relies on the contractual and legal safeguards offered by those providers where applicable.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in Serbia and, where EU data-protection law applies, with the competent EU supervisory authority.
