About

My name is Ian.
I am an architect with over 20 years of professional experience in design, restoration, and work on cultural heritage sites.
I currently live and develop my practice in Serbia, working on projects in an international context.
I graduated from Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPSUACE) with a degree in "Architecture of Residential and Public Buildings."
Later, I returned to the same university as a lecturer, working from 2010 to 2015 with students from years 1–6 in architectural design and related disciplines.
I began my professional career at the "Eidos" architectural studio, progressing from architectural technician to restoration architect. Since 2012, I have been developing my own architectural practice.
Over the years, I have contributed to more than 60 projects - from the restoration of historic buildings and sacred architecture to interior solutions and detailed structural design. I support projects through all stages: from concept and construction documentation to site supervision and on-site delivery.
Design approach
I am drawn to projects where the place context, attention to detail, and clear design logic matter - from the first idea to working drawings and construction oversight.
I see architecture not only as form, but also as responsibility to the environment, history, and people.
Architecture & AI
Alongside classical architectural tools, I actively integrate artificial intelligence into design and production workflows.
Tools I use include: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway.
I also apply AI in website creation and digital environments - examples are shown in the Web + AI section.
