Pipe Lake Residence - Addition

Working documentation was prepared for a building permit set for a residential addition to the Pipe Lake house in Covington, Washington. The task was to develop a coordinated permit package based on the client's architectural concept and the requirements of the local approval process. The project brings together the existing house, a new residential volume, expanded decks, patio areas and the garage block into one contemporary composition. The architectural image is based on light facade panels, horizontal wood siding, dark frames, large windows and open outdoor platforms oriented toward the site and lake views. Project involvement: 3D modeling in Revit, architectural visualization, development and production of working documentation for the building permit set. The project was commissioned by 2S Design LLC.
