MOGILNYY TOWNHOMES - Building Permit Set (Lynnwood, WA)

MOGILNYY TOWNHOMES in Lynnwood, Washington, was developed as a building permit documentation package. The project is a contemporary residential townhouse development composed of three-storey blocks with individual entrances, integrated garages, and a consistent architectural language across the facades. The composition is based on a rhythm of gables, vertical white panels, dark pitched roofs, and blue-grey siding. The visual materials include street perspectives, rear elevations, aerial views, and drawing-based facade studies, connecting the technical permit set with a clear representation of the future residential development. Project contribution: 3D modeling in Revit, visualization, and participation in working documentation for CROQUIS ARCHITECTURE PLLC.
