About the Project
Full remodel of an existing house in Bellevue, Washington. The project reorganizes the floor plan, facades, and overall building volume in response to a sloped site, dense vegetation, and lake views. The renewed architectural character is defined by flat roofs, contrasting materials, and large window openings.
I was responsible for Revit 3D modeling, visualization, and contributed to the architectural building permit documentation for CROQUIS ARCHITECTURE PLLC.
