Address: Saint Petersburg, Piskaryovsky Ave., 1. Design: 2014. Construction: 2016. The water tower facade restoration was delivered as part of the “Four Horizons” residential complex. The preserved Okhta Manufactory water tower—formerly integrated into a four-storey factory building—was incorporated into the inner courtyard composition. The tower was restored and complemented with a four-tier colonnade made of authentic 19th-century cast-iron factory columns. Contribution: 3D modeling (Revit), visualization, working documentation, construction supervision. Project author: chief architect - Yuriy Viktorovich Kirs, Architectural Studio “Eidos”.
