About the Project

Facade restoration of the Volgina House in Pushkin, a regional cultural heritage site. The work began with laser scanning: an accurate point cloud formed the basis for a Revit BIM model and a complete set of measured drawings.

The survey documented the existing facade conditions and supported the development of restoration and conservation solutions for the historic elements. I was the project author and lead architect, responsible for the survey, BIM modeling, visualization, and working documentation.
