Volgina House - Facade Restoration

Facade restoration of the regional cultural heritage site “Volgina House” (Saint Petersburg, Pushkin, Moskovskaya St., 47/15, lit. A). Design: 2019. Construction: 2021. The scope included laser scanning and a precise point cloud survey. Based on the point cloud, a BIM model was developed in Revit and measured drawings were produced—plans, elevations, and sections. These materials formed the basis for the facade restoration design: documenting the existing condition and developing solutions for the restoration and conservation of elements. Role: Author, leading architect. Survey, 3D modeling (Revit), visualization, working documentation. Commissioned by: LLC “RSF Vodoley Plus”.
