Repair and restoration of a regional heritage building in Saint Petersburg (Voskova St., 1). Design - 2016; construction - 2018–2020. On-site surveys and damage mapping were completed; facade restoration solutions were developed: plaster/stucco, plinth, metalwork, drainage, doors/gates, and windows. Role: co-author, leading architect. Revit 3D modeling, visualization, working documentation. Photogrammetry and point clouds. The project was commissioned by: JSC “Petros”.
