About the Project

Facade repair and conservation of the former von Besser income house, a regional heritage building now occupied by the Vladimirsky Passage shopping complex. The Art Nouveau building shows a strong influence from the Finnish architectural school.

The work began with an on-site survey and 3D documentation. These formed the basis for a Revit BIM model and working documentation covering masonry and plaster repairs, restoration of decorative stucco, stone cladding, timber elements, and metalwork.

I was the project author and contributed to the survey, BIM modeling, visualization, documentation, and support during implementation.
