Photogrammetry and BIM house model

A collection of private measured-survey projects for residential houses in Serbia, completed between 2024 and 2026 for different private clients. The workflow is based on photogrammetry, laser scanning, and point-cloud processing to accurately reconstruct existing architecture, site conditions, terrain levels, and characteristic structural elements. Each house was treated as a separate documentation task: from recording facades, roofs, terraces, railings, stairs, and technical elements to producing a clean BIM model in Revit. The visual presentation compares the original scan data with the final model, showing not only the result but also the transition from the physical building to structured digital documentation. Particular attention was paid to model readability and preserving the real proportions of the existing houses. The project demonstrates a practical scan-to-BIM approach for private residential architecture: careful interpretation of incomplete data, geometry checking, working with different levels of detail, and preparation of clear materials for further design, reconstruction, or approval processes. Project role: author, lead architect, 3D/BIM modeling in Revit, visualization, and preparation of presentation materials.
