Tauride Palace - Window Replacement, Repair & Restoration

The project covers window replacement, repair, and conservation for the Tauride Palace in Saint Petersburg. The scope included on-site inspections and photo documentation, window typology (timber and steel, single- and double-line systems), condition assessment of coatings, frames, glazing, and hardware, and conservation solutions to restore geometry and finishes. For selected windows, insulated glazing was introduced on the inner line while preserving the historic appearance. A dedicated part of the work was measured drawings and 3D modeling in Revit, followed by working documentation: location schemes, tagging, details, and specifications. The graphic set includes floor plans with mapped work zones and typical window-block drawings. Client: STROYTEKHUSLUGI LLC. Role: leading architect; Revit modeling, visualization, working documentation.
