Church Complex in Krasnodar

The concept is a single multifunctional complex that combines liturgical and administrative/educational functions. The composition is axial and symmetrical: the church and the parish (clerical) house are connected by two elevated passages. The church follows the “ship-type” layout along the west–east axis with a three-part structure (altar, nave, narthex); the bell tower is placed on the western side. The upper church is dedicated to St. Spyridon of Trimythous (three-altared), and the lower church to St. John the Baptist (single-altar). Entrances are separated, with internal vertical connections via stairs and lifts. The architecture follows the traditions of Russian church building, while the façades use neoclassical decorative language with modern materials. Design: 2019. Planned construction start: 2026. Chief architect: Yuriy Viktorovich Kirs, Architectural Studio “Eidos”. Client: LLC “Firma “Gradoresurs”. Project role: Revit 3D modeling, visualization, presentation materials, and design documentation.
