MANUAL REVIEW

Have a website you like?

Send the public link and briefly explain what you like. I will manually review the visible structure, pages and functions, then reply by email with follow-up questions or a preliminary estimate for an original project of a similar scope and level.

The Project Estimator provides an informational preliminary estimate. It is not a contract, binding offer or statutory cost estimate. The final quotation/cost estimate is confirmed separately before work starts. Legal

What happens after you submit?

I will review the details and reply by email. If anything is missing, I will ask follow-up questions. The estimate is preliminary - it is not an agreement or a final price.

  1. 01

    Request sent

Your answers and contact details are included in the request sent to ARCHKIRS.

  2. 02

    I review the details

I check what is already clear and what needs clarification before confirming the work, timing, and price.

  3. 03

    I reply by email

After the review, I reply to the email you provided. If more information is needed, I ask for it first.

  4. 04

    Terms are confirmed separately

The estimator is a preliminary guide. Final scope, price, timing, proposal, and agreement are confirmed separately.

How to read this estimate

Why is the result a range?

Projects with the same page count can differ greatly in content, connections to other services, moving existing content or data, permissions and testing. A range is more honest than a generated exact number.

What happens when the estimate tool says “project review”?

Your project summary is still useful. It means one or more important dependencies need inspection before a reliable implementation price or schedule can be stated.

Does the working-day estimate mean the site will launch on that date?

No. It estimates active ARCHKIRS production time after required project size and requirements, content and access are ready. Client feedback and third-party approvals can extend calendar delivery.
