ARCHKIRS Open Project 01
ARCHKIRS Open Project 01 - Official Rules
Open call for a free custom landing page.
Starts: 1 September 2026, when the official Instagram campaign post is published.
Stage 1 application deadline: 14 September 2026 at 23:59, Europe/Belgrade.
1. Organizer
The organizer of the open call is IAN KIRS PR BANJA KOVILJAČA, operating under the ARCHKIRS brand.
- Web: https://archkirs.site
- Instagram: @archkirs
- Contact: contact@archkirs.site
2. What ARCHKIRS Open Project 01 is
ARCHKIRS Open Project 01 is an open call in which ARCHKIRS selects one project for which it will create one custom landing page free of charge, within the rules and scope described below.
This is not a random draw.
- Participation is free.
- No ARCHKIRS service purchase is required.
- Purchasing ARCHKIRS services does not increase the chance that a project will be selected.
- No draw, lottery or other random selection is used.
- Follower count, likes or additional comments do not affect selection.
- The project is selected according to criteria published in advance.
3. Application period
Stage 1 begins when the official ARCHKIRS Open Project 01 post is published on the @archkirs Instagram account on 1 September 2026.
Stage 1 ends on 14 September 2026 at 23:59 Europe/Belgrade time.
Comments posted after that deadline are not included in the selection.
Finalists are planned to be contacted from 15 September 2026.
The selected project is planned to be announced publicly no later than 21 September 2026, unless finalist replacement or other justified circumstances require additional time.
4. Who may participate
A participant must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- reside in the Republic of Serbia;
- have a genuine business, professional activity or project that can practically benefit from a landing page;
- use a genuine Instagram account through which ARCHKIRS can contact them;
- follow @archkirs when eligibility is checked;
- have the right to use and provide the logo, photographs, text and other materials supplied to ARCHKIRS.
Eligible applicants may include, among others:
- small business owners;
- entrepreneurs;
- freelancers and independent professionals;
- representatives of companies or organizations;
- people developing a genuine project even if the project does not yet have a registered company.
The project and its activity must be lawful and suitable for public presentation.
People directly involved in organizing or judging this open call, as well as members of their immediate family, may not participate.
5. How to apply - Stage 1
For a valid application, the participant must:
- follow the @archkirs Instagram account;
- leave one comment under the official ARCHKIRS Open Project 01 post.
A single short sentence in the comment is enough to answer this question: What does your business or project do, and what would you like the new landing page to achieve?
It is not necessary to:
- share the post;
- tag friends;
- complete a long form;
- buy anything from ARCHKIRS.
One person may submit one project. One application is accepted for the same business or project.
Multiple comments do not increase the chance of selection.
6. When an application is not valid
ARCHKIRS may exclude an application if it is:
- submitted after the deadline;
- a duplicate;
- spam or clearly fake;
- submitted from a fake or misleading account;
- submitted by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements;
- connected with unlawful activity;
- clearly outside the landing-page scope described in these rules;
- so unclear that the project cannot reasonably be evaluated;
- otherwise inconsistent with these rules.
7. How finalists are selected
After Stage 1 applications close, ARCHKIRS reviews the valid applications.
Up to 10 finalists may be selected. If there are not 10 sufficiently suitable applications, there may be fewer finalists.
If there are more than 10 suitable applications, the information in the Stage 1 comments is first scored on three criteria, each from 0 to 5:
- how clearly the project need is stated;
- how suitable the project is for a landing page;
- how much practical value a landing page can provide to the project.
The highest-scoring suitable applications proceed to Stage 2, up to a maximum of 10 finalists.
8. Stage 2 - questions for finalists
Finalists receive a DM from the @archkirs Instagram account.
All finalists receive the same three questions:
- Who is this page for, and what do you want visitors to do - call you, message you, book an appointment, buy something or do something else?
- What is the most important thing people should understand about your business or project when they see the page?
- What do you already have - logo, photographs, text or other materials - and can you send everything within 10 days?
ARCHKIRS may also request a link to an existing website, Instagram profile or other public page if that helps to understand the project.
A finalist has 48 hours from the time the DM is sent to reply, unless ARCHKIRS expressly grants an extension.
If a finalist does not reply in time, ARCHKIRS may invite the next suitable application.
9. Final scoring
Each finalist receives from 0 to 5 whole points for each criterion.
The criteria and weights are:
- Clarity of the project need - 30%
- Suitability of the project for a landing page - 30%
- Potential practical value of the page - 25%
- Readiness of materials and ability to complete the project - 15%
The total score is calculated as follows:
- clarity × 6;
- suitability × 6;
- practical value × 5;
- readiness × 3.
The maximum score is 100 points.
Meaning of each score:
- 0 - cannot reasonably be evaluated or is not suitable;
- 1 - very weak;
- 2 - below average;
- 3 - suitable;
- 4 - very good;
- 5 - excellent fit for the project.
ARCHKIRS keeps an internal scoring table so the selection process can be documented.
ARCHKIRS is not required to publish the individual scores of unsuccessful participants or their private DM answers.
10. What happens if two projects have the same score
No random selection is used.
If two or more finalists have the same total score, priority is given, in order, to the project with:
- the higher suitability-for-a-landing-page score;
- then the higher practical-value score;
- then the higher clarity-of-need score;
- then the higher readiness score.
If all four criterion scores are also identical, the tied finalists receive the same additional question: What is the single most important result you want this page to produce during the first 30 days after launch?
ARCHKIRS selects the answer that is more concrete, realistic and easier to measure within the scope of one landing page.
11. Contacting the selected project
The highest-scoring suitable project first receives a private DM from the @archkirs account.
The participant has 48 hours to:
- reply;
- confirm that they wish to proceed;
- confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements;
- accept the scope of the free project and the limitations in these rules;
- confirm that they can provide the required information and materials.
ARCHKIRS will not request payment, a fee or card details in order for the participant to receive the free project.
The public announcement is made only after the selected participant confirms acceptance.
12. If the selected participant does not reply or cannot continue
Before substantial work on the page begins, ARCHKIRS may offer the project to the next highest-scoring finalist if the originally selected participant:
- does not reply within 48 hours;
- declines the project;
- does not meet the eligibility requirements;
- cannot provide sufficient information or materials;
- cannot confirm the right to use the required materials;
- requests a project that is materially outside the published scope;
- for another justified reason cannot complete the project under these rules.
After acceptance, the selected participant has up to 10 calendar days to provide sufficient information, materials or a sufficiently detailed brief.
If more time is needed, the participant may request an extension before the deadline. ARCHKIRS may grant a reasonable extension.
If the participant stops responding and does not provide the required information, ARCHKIRS may discontinue the free project.
If ARCHKIRS has already completed a substantial part of the work before the participant withdraws or stops responding, ARCHKIRS is not required to create a second complete free landing page for another finalist.
13. What the selected project receives
The free project includes:
- one custom one-page landing page;
- one language;
- up to approximately 6 main content sections;
- an individual layout and design within the project's existing identity and available materials;
- responsive desktop, tablet and mobile versions;
- one primary contact/conversion action, for example a contact form, call, message or other agreed CTA;
- placement of approved content and materials;
- basic page title and description;
- basic social-sharing metadata;
- basic image optimization;
- one consolidated revision round;
- final publication of the page.
The free service has no publicly stated monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
14. Text, images and AI assistance
The selected participant should provide accurate facts about their business or project and any materials they already have.
If finished text or visuals are not available, ARCHKIRS may help write, organize or adapt content using AI tools based on the information and materials supplied by the participant.
The following applies:
- the participant is responsible for the accuracy of the facts they provide;
- the participant approves the final text and visuals before publication;
- the participant is responsible for having the right to use the materials they provide;
- AI assistance is part of the agreed process and does not mean unlimited content production.
15. Domain, hosting and publication
A paid custom domain is not required.
If the participant already has a domain, ARCHKIRS may connect the landing page to it after receiving the required access.
If the participant does not want to buy or use a custom domain, ARCHKIRS may publish the page on a platform subdomain without an additional fee.
Possible options include:
- *.vercel.app through the ARCHKIRS Vercel Pro environment;
- *.pages.dev through Cloudflare Pages;
- another suitable platform subdomain if necessary.
A specific or particularly attractive free subdomain name is not guaranteed. The URL depends on name availability and third-party platform rules.
Initial publication is included in the free project. Availability of a platform subdomain also depends on the terms and availability of the third party. Use of such a subdomain is not a guarantee of permanent hosting forever.
16. What is not included
The free project does not include:
- purchase or renewal of a custom domain;
- separately paid premium hosting or third-party subscriptions;
- additional standalone pages;
- a second language;
- complete branding or logo design;
- unlimited copywriting or content production;
- professional photography or video production;
- e-commerce;
- online payments;
- a large CMS or blog system;
- a booking engine;
- user accounts or a login system;
- databases;
- a client portal;
- a custom application;
- complex API, CRM or automation integrations;
- preparation of separate legal or privacy documents for the participant;
- an ongoing SEO campaign;
- management of advertising campaigns;
- permanent website maintenance;
- additional revision rounds outside the agreed scope.
If the participant wants additional services, ARCHKIRS may offer them separately for a fee. Purchasing additional services is not a condition for receiving or completing the free landing page.
17. Delivery and revision timeline
Once ARCHKIRS has received sufficient information and materials:
- the first complete version of the landing page will be prepared within no more than 5 business days;
- the participant has 5 calendar days to send one consolidated list of revisions;
- ARCHKIRS completes the agreed revisions within no more than 3 business days after receiving that list.
One revision round means one consolidated set of feedback within the originally agreed scope. It does not include a completely new concept or a new page.
If the participant does not send revisions within the stated deadline and no extension has been agreed, ARCHKIRS may treat the presented version as accepted for the purpose of completing the free project.
18. Obligations of the selected participant
The selected participant must:
- provide truthful and sufficient information about the project;
- provide the required materials or sufficient information for the agreed AI assistance;
- respond within the agreed deadlines or request an extension in advance;
- approve the final content before publication;
- have the necessary rights and permissions for the materials they provide;
- provide the necessary access if the page is published on a domain or infrastructure controlled by the participant.
ARCHKIRS may refuse to publish unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
19. Public announcement of the selected project
After the selected participant confirms acceptance, ARCHKIRS may announce the selected project on Instagram and other ARCHKIRS channels.
The announcement may briefly explain why the project was selected according to the published criteria.
ARCHKIRS is not required to publish the individual scores of other finalists or their private answers.
20. Portfolio and case study
One purpose of ARCHKIRS Open Project is for the completed work to be shown as a real project example.
By accepting the free project, the selected participant allows ARCHKIRS, after the page is published, to show the following in its portfolio, on its website and on social media:
- the business or project name already approved for public use on the page;
- the logo approved for public use;
- the publicly available completed landing page;
- screenshots and short presentations of the completed work;
- a public link to the completed page, if available.
Private DM answers, internal data, unpublished materials and other information not intended for the public will not be published merely because a person participated in Open Project.
If there are specific confidential details, they must be agreed before the case study is published.
21. Personal data and privacy
ARCHKIRS uses only data that are reasonably necessary for:
- checking an application;
- selecting finalists and the selected project;
- communication by Instagram DM or email;
- documenting the selection process;
- creating and completing the selected participant's landing page;
- resolving any questions or complaints.
The Stage 1 comment is publicly posted on Instagram and is also subject to Instagram's own platform rules.
Private Stage 2 answers will not be published without a specific reason and appropriate approval.
Data of unsuccessful participants will not be used to send marketing messages merely because they participated in this open call.
Data are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to conduct and document Open Project, complete the selected project and resolve any questions or disputes, unless the law requires a longer retention period.
Questions about data may be sent to contact@archkirs.site.
22. Instagram / Meta
ARCHKIRS Open Project 01 is organized by ARCHKIRS, not by Instagram or Meta.
This Open Project is not sponsored, endorsed, organized or administered by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc., and is not associated with them.
By participating in Open Project, the participant accepts that Instagram and Meta are not responsible for organizing the campaign, selecting the project, creating the page or fulfilling ARCHKIRS obligations under these rules, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All questions, comments or complaints regarding Open Project should be addressed to ARCHKIRS, not Instagram or Meta.
Participants must comply with the applicable Instagram rules and terms of use.
23. Technical problems, abuse and changes
ARCHKIRS may take reasonable measures in the event of:
- a serious technical problem;
- fraud or attempted manipulation of applications;
- a problem with Instagram or another platform;
- an event outside ARCHKIRS's reasonable control;
- a new legal or regulatory obligation that means the campaign cannot continue in the same way.
If necessary, ARCHKIRS may extend the deadline, temporarily suspend, modify or cancel Open Project.
The published selection criteria will not be changed after applications have been submitted merely to favor a particular participant.
Any important change affecting participants will be announced through the same ARCHKIRS channels where reasonably possible.
If, because there are not enough valid and realistically deliverable applications, it is not possible to select a project under these rules, ARCHKIRS may close the open call without creating a project, with a public notice.
24. Questions and complaints
For questions or complaints regarding ARCHKIRS Open Project 01, a participant may contact: contact@archkirs.site
ARCHKIRS will try to resolve any question or misunderstanding first through direct communication.
The applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia apply to this Open Project.
25. Publication of the rules and languages
These rules must be publicly available before Stage 1 applications open and remain available during Open Project and the selection process.
The official campaign-facing version of the rules is in Serbian, Latin script.
ARCHKIRS may publish English and Russian translations for easier understanding and consistency with the multilingual website. If the meaning of a translation differs, the Serbian version controls.
Each future ARCHKIRS Open Project should have its own separate page and its own rules with a clear name and dates.
By submitting a valid Stage 1 application, the participant confirms that they had the opportunity to read these rules and accepts them.
