Last updated: 4 September 2026
This privacy notice applies specifically to the Eyeball Comics / The Count of Monte Cristo microsite hosted at archkirs.site.
Data controller
The data controller is IAN KIRS PR BANJA KOVILJAČA, Ive Lole Ribara 64, 15316 Banja Koviljača, Loznica, Serbia.
Privacy enquiries may be sent to contact@archkirs.site.
Contact form
When you use the Contact form, we process the information you provide: your name, email address, optional subject and message.
This information is used to receive and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps requested by you before entering into a business relationship.
Messages submitted through the form are delivered using Resend to the existing business contact mailbox configured for archkirs.site.
Abuse prevention
Technical request information may be processed to protect the form from spam and abuse.
The contact form uses rate limiting. An identifier based on the request IP address, or the submitted email address when an IP address is unavailable, is cryptographically hashed before it is stored for rate-limiting purposes. The raw IP address is not stored in the rate-limit record.
Supabase is used for this rate-limiting infrastructure.
Website analytics
The microsite is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics as part of archkirs.site.
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and advertising tracking are not implemented on this microsite.
Site preferences and analytics opt-out controls inherited from archkirs.site may use browser localStorage. These values are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Service providers
The microsite uses:
- Vercel for hosting and Web Analytics;
- Resend for delivery of contact-form messages;
- Supabase for server-side rate limiting and related security infrastructure.
International processing
Vercel, Resend and Supabase are international service providers, and data may be processed outside Serbia according to their applicable infrastructure and contractual arrangements.
Retention
Rate-limit information is retained only for the security intervals required for abuse prevention.
Contact messages are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, maintain related business correspondence, manage any resulting client or project relationship, and comply with applicable record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable Serbian data-protection law and the circumstances of the processing, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
You may also submit a complaint to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
